Michał Moroz
I'm a Chief Innovation Officer and a co-founder of a custom software development company Makimo. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to strategic development, culture co-evolvement and process implementation in the company.
Personally, I'm fascinated with philosophy, humans, technology and future.
Work
As a person with both technological (16 yrs) and organizational (12 yrs) background, I connect people across the aisle of technological and organizational development. With that experience, I can help you communicate your business needs to any party involved with digital transformation of your business.
- Makimo – a trusted software development company (Chief Innovation Officer)
- Software Development Association Poland (Research and Analysis Committee Chair)
Interests
I love describing programming metaphorically as raising big towers, using free and abundant pieces laying around, by putting your own effort. It's very rewarding.
I'm an award winning public speaker and one of my interests is in public speaking. I'm part of Toastmasters International.

Here's how to contact me. I prefer e-mail, however you can contact me with any of the methods presented below.
